Applicants will join a well-established organization with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration across multiple campuses.Role Description This full-time, on-site English Teacher role is based at the KinderWorld campus in Nha Trang. The English Teacher will plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives, using a variety of teaching methods and materials. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The role involves collaborating with colleagues on educational activities, participating in school events, and communicating regularly with parents and guardians about student learning and well-being. The teacher is expected to contribute to a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.QualificationsStrong English Teaching and general Teaching skills, with the ability to manage and motivate students in diverse classrooms.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices, including curriculum implementation and assessment strategies.Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and parents.Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education, English, or a related field.Teaching certification and classroom experience, preferably in international or bilingual school settings.Ability to create inclusive learning environments and support students of varying language levels.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and adapt to school policies and educational standards.
