Role Description The English Teacher at English with Uğur | EWU Dil will deliver engaging English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels in an on-site setting in Bolu, Türkiye. This full-time role includes preparing and implementing structured lesson plans, using diverse teaching methods and materials, and assessing learners’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and exams. The teacher will provide constructive feedback, support learners’ individual needs, and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, participating in meetings or trainings, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the teaching program.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to manage classrooms and adapt methods to different learning styles.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Education skills, including creating clear learning objectives and structured course materials.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, to interact clearly with learners, colleagues, and caregivers.Relevant qualifications such as a degree in English, Education, or a related field, and recognized teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are highly beneficial.Prior experience teaching English in classroom settings, familiarity with modern language teaching methodologies, and the ability to use basic educational technology are advantageous.Demonstrated commitment to learner-centered teaching, cultural sensitivity, and ongoing professional development is preferred.
