The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, proven flight reservations experience, and hands-on knowledge of GDS and other airline reservation systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve operational targets and service quality standards.Monitor KPIs, including productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.Provide coaching and performance feedback to improve team results.Handle escalations related to flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and itinerary changes.Support account launch activities, including team readiness, process implementation, and operational setup.Ensure compliance with client requirements, operational procedures, and service standards.Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement.Job RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of experience in flight reservations is a must.Previous experience in launching a new account is a must.Hands-on experience with GDS platforms or flight reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a must.Previous experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or contact center environment.Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage team performance and meet operational targets.Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
