The Raipur center continues this legacy, offering students a dynamic environment to develop industry-ready competencies.Role Description The English Trainer will deliver classroom-based English language instruction to students at the Raipur center, focusing on communication skills required in aviation, hospitality, travel, and customer service. This full-time, on-site role includes planning lessons, creating teaching materials, conducting interactive sessions, and assessing student progress through tests and assignments. The Trainer will provide individual feedback, support learners in improving spoken and written English, and help them build confidence in public speaking and professional communication. The role also involves maintaining training records, participating in academic meetings, and coordinating with other trainers to ensure consistent training quality.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong English Teaching, Teaching, and Language Teaching skills.Candidates should possess skills and knowledge in Education and curriculum delivery.Candidates should possess clear and effective Writing skills for academic and professional communication.Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., English, Education, Linguistics, Communication) or equivalent qualification.Prior experience as an English trainer, teacher, or language instructor, preferably with adult or vocational learners.Excellent verbal communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.Ability to use basic digital tools for teaching and student assessment.A learner-centered, inclusive teaching approach and the ability to work collaboratively in an institutional environment.Work Experience of 12 years plus.
