English Mentor – European Union | Remote OpportunityAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a confident and experienced English Mentor to support learners across the European Union through engaging, practical, and interactive online learning. The role is suited to professionals who can combine strong English language knowledge with effective mentoring and communication skills.What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead live virtual English sessions focused on practical language development and communication
• Guide learners in building fluency, clarity, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and overall language confidence
• Create interactive conversations, role plays, case-based activities, and practical communication exercises
• Help learners communicate effectively in academic, workplace, and international environments
• Provide individual guidance based on learners’ proficiency, objectives, and areas for improvement
• Conduct speaking and writing activities and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Support learners with professional communication, including emails, presentations, meetings, and workplace discussions
• Encourage learners to actively participate in discussions and apply English in real-life situations
• Evaluate learner progress and identify opportunities for further development
• Adapt session content and mentoring methods to accommodate different learning styles and cultural backgrounds
• Introduce contemporary examples and international workplace scenarios into learning activities
• Contribute suggestions and ideas for improving learning resources and session delivery
• Maintain consistent communication with learners and support them throughout their learning journeyWhat We’re Looking For
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Experience in English teaching, mentoring, coaching, training, or professional communication
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to create an engaging and interactive virtual learning experience
• Good understanding of English grammar, sentence structure, vocabulary, and pronunciation
• Ability to work effectively with learners from multicultural and international backgrounds
• Strong organization, preparation, and time-management skills
• Comfortable using online meeting and digital learning platformsAdditional Skills That Would Be Valuable
• Background in Business English, Communication, Linguistics, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with university students, graduates, or working professionals
• Experience delivering online or international training programs
• Familiarity with competency-based or learner-centred teaching approaches
• Ability to develop presentations, worksheets, assessments, and other digital learning resources
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or another relevant certification would be an advantage
