Location: United StatesExperience: 3+ YearsWork Mode: RemoteAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic English Mentor to join our learning platform and support learners in developing strong English communication, language, and professional skills.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in teaching or mentoring English learners, and the ability to conduct engaging online sessions for learners from diverse backgrounds.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging and interactive live online English mentoring sessions.Assess learners’ English proficiency and understand their individual learning goals.Develop structured lesson plans and practical learning activities based on learner needs.Help learners improve speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.Provide personalized feedback and actionable guidance to help learners improve continuously.Support learners in developing professional communication, workplace English, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.Conduct conversation practice, role plays, group discussions, presentations, and other practical communication activities.Create quizzes, assignments, assessments, worksheets, and other learning resources to support learner development.Monitor learner participation, progress, and performance through the learning platform.Provide regular feedback and recommendations based on learner performance.Maintain an engaging, supportive, and inclusive online learning environment.Encourage learners to actively participate and build confidence in using English in real-world situations.Adapt teaching methods and session content according to different proficiency levels and learning objectives.Support learners preparing for professional interviews, workplace communication, academic communication, or other English-related goals.Contribute to the development and improvement of English courses, learning materials, and curriculum.Collaborate with the platform team to improve the overall learner experience.Stay updated with modern English teaching methodologies, digital learning tools, and effective online mentoring practices.Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistent communication with learners and the platform team.Requirements3+ years of experience in English teaching, training, mentoring, or language education.Strong command of written and spoken English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience delivering online classes or mentoring sessions.Ability to work with learners from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Comfortable using online learning platforms and digital teaching tools.Passion for mentoring and helping learners achieve their communication goals.Preferred QualificationsDegree or certification in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other relevant English-teaching certification.Experience teaching Business English or Professional English.Experience working with adult learners or international students.What We OfferRemote mentoring opportunity.Flexible online teaching environment.Opportunity to work with learners from diverse backgrounds.Access to a structured learning platform and digital teaching tools.Opportunity to develop and deliver your own English learning content.Professional collaboration and long-term growth opportunities.
