Our commitment lies in providing seamless and efficient lending solutions to our customers.As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a vital part in supporting daily operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of applications.What You’ll Be Doing:Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries via Slack chat to address issues raised by the sales teamAssist with converting files and ensure successful document delivery by communicating with current and potential clients via phone, SMS, and email communicationProvide exceptional customer service via chat and phone to resolve problems related to phones, files, or backend systemsCoordinate with IT, affiliates, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficientlyMaintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions to ensure seamless communication and follow-upCollaborate with sales agents to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvementsEnsure all support requests are handled professionally, promptly, and with a customer-first attitude. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a customer service role, with a focus on chat and phone supportExperience supporting a sales team, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues effectivelyExperience in the debt settlement industryBilingual (English and Spanish) preferred to support our diverse team and client baseExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a high-pressure environmentProficient in using Salesforce, Slack, CRM systems, and other collaboration tools.
