ENT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Specialist ENT (Otolaryngologist) to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and managing conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage ENT conditions in adult and paediatric patientsEvaluate and treat ear infections, hearing disorders, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, and throat conditionsPerform appropriate ENT procedures and surgical interventionsConduct comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plansPerform nasal and laryngeal endoscopy and other diagnostic procedures where appropriateManage chronic sinusitis, tonsillar disorders, and other common ENT conditionsAssess and manage ENT emergencies when requiredProvide preoperative and postoperative care for surgical patientsCollaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, paediatricians, and other specialistsEducate patients about treatment options, preventive care, and follow-upMaintain accurate clinical records and documentationRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in ENT / OtolaryngologyMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredStrong clinical and procedural ENT experienceExperience in endoscopic ENT procedures is an advantageExcellent diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
