Enterprise Account Executive - AI / Quantum ComputingWe are partnered with a fast-growing European AI and quantum computing scale-up delivering transformational optimisation solutions to large enterprises. The team is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to own the Qatar and wider Middle East market, engaging at C-suite level across complex, high-value sales cycles.This is a permanent position based in Doha, Qatar.Key responsibilities for this Enterprise Account Executive position:Own the full enterprise sales cycle — discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing, and expansion.Build and close deals with values of €500K–€1M+, with ambition for €10M+ multi-year engagements.Maintain a disciplined pipeline with 3× coverage ratio, supported by rigorous forecasting and CRM management.Design and execute go-to-market strategies across priority industries and enterprise segments.Co-create tailored AI use cases, business cases, and transformation roadmaps with C-suite stakeholders.Build relationships with system integrators, Big 4 consultancies, and alliance partners.Key requirements:2+ years in a direct revenue-generating role at an AI scale-up or deep-tech company.Proven track record closing enterprise deals of €500K+, including new-logo accounts.Consultative selling experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Fluency in Arabic and English is requiredNetwork across finance, energy, manufacturing, or telecom advantageous.Keywords: Enterprise Account Executive / AI Sales / Quantum Computing / Enterprise Sales / C-Suite Engagement / Go-To-Market / New Logo / Solution Selling / Sovereign AI / Deep Tech / Arabic / English / Doha / Qatar / PermanentIf you are interested in this Enterprise Account Executive position, please send a copy of your CV to ts@eu-recruit.comBy applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
