We provide:Corporate SolutionsBusiness incorporation and regional headquarters relocation to Saudi Arabia.Real estate and office space solutions.End-to-end business process outsourcing.Taxation, VAT, and financial services.HR SolutionsHR assessment and consultancy services.Training & Learning Academy and human capital development solutions.Expert and executive staffing, contracting, and end-to-end people solutions.Digital SolutionsSAP implementation, operations, and licensing.Big Data governance, consulting, management, Industrial IoT (IIoT), Digital Twins, and Generative AI solutions.Software development, operations, and licensing.Our clients include leading Saudi government entities, as well as top Saudi and international organizations.Currently, we are looking for an Enterprise/Solution Architect as an outsourcing opportunity who can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the overall design authority across the program, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.Define, maintain, and govern enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices.Lead architecture governance activities, including design reviews, technical approvals, and compliance assessments.Review and evaluate vendor solution proposals to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and business requirements.Develop and maintain the target-state architecture and technology roadmap to support long-term business strategy.Define integration strategies and ensure seamless interoperability across enterprise platforms and applications.Provide architectural guidance for solution design, technology selection, and implementation approaches.Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical leaders to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.Ensure architecture decisions align with organizational standards, security requirements, and regulatory compliance.Identify technology risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and provide architectural assurance throughout project delivery.Drive continuous improvement by promoting innovation and the adoption of modern architectural practices and emerging technologies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related technology leadership roles.Proven experience designing and governing enterprise-scale technology solutions.Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, integration patterns, cloud technologies, and modern application architectures.Experience working with multiple vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.Professional architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Azure, AWS, or similar) are highly preferred.Soft SkillsExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strategic thinking with a business-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration and decision-making skills.Application closing: 20 August 2026
