Enterprise Architect

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect with 16+ years of experience to drive enterprise-wide architecture strategy, digital transformation, technology modernization, and business-IT alignment.Location: Pan IndiaExperience: 16+ YearsNotice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferredKey Responsibilities :Define and drive Enterprise Architecture strategy, roadmaps, and target-state architecture aligned with business objectives.Partner with business leaders and CXO-level stakeholders to translate business vision into scalable technology strategies.Lead large-scale Digital Transformation, Application Modernization, Cloud Adoption/Migration, and platform optimization initiatives.Develop architecture across Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains.Drive Architecture Governance, Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes, standards, compliance, and architecture KPIs.Lead Application Portfolio Rationalization and modernization initiatives, identifying opportunities for simplification, consolidation, and transformation.Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.Provide architectural direction for complex business and technology challenges while ensuring security, regulatory, and enterprise policy compliance.Required Skills & Experience :Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture strategy and execution / EA CoE.Hands-on knowledge of TOGAF / Enterprise Architecture frameworks.Strong experience in Architecture Governance & Architecture Review Board (ARB).Experience defining Enterprise Architecture roadmaps and Target-State Architecture.Proven experience in Digital Transformation & large-scale technology transformation programs.Strong exposure to Application Portfolio Rationalization & Application Modernization.Experience with Cloud Transformation / Cloud Migration – AWS, Azure or Multi-Cloud.Strong understanding of API, Microservices, Integration & modern application architectures.Knowledge of Business Architecture, Capability Modeling & Operating Models.Exposure to Data Architecture, Data & Analytics platforms and DevSecOps.Ability to define and track Architecture KPIs, standards and compliance.
