Enterprise Architect

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, digital transformation, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders and lead architecture governance across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmap.Translate business requirements into technology strategies and target-state architecture.Lead digital transformation, cloud adoption, application modernization, and platform optimization initiatives.Develop architecture across Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains.Drive Architecture Review Board (ARB), governance, standards, and compliance.Lead application portfolio rationalization and modernization.Evaluate and recommend technology platforms and solutions.Partner with CXO-level stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives.Define architecture KPIs and monitor business and technology outcomes.Required Skills16–20 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture / Technology Architecture.Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture strategy, roadmaps, and governance.Knowledge of TOGAF / ArchiMate or similar frameworks.Experience with AWS, Azure, or Multi-Cloud environments.Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs, DevSecOps, and Application Modernization.Experience in business architecture, capability modeling, and IT-business alignment.Exposure to EA tools such as LeanIX is an advantage.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
