Job Description

Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 15+ YearsWe are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead a large-scale Salesforce transformation program across CRM, Service, Field Service, Integration, Data, and AI platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the migration from SAP CRM to Salesforce CRM while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA as the enterprise ERP platform.Define enterprise architecture across Service Cloud (Case Management), Field Service (including offline mobility capabilities), MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, and future Agentforce adoption.Understand Asset Management business processes and translate requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.Drive architecture workshops, solution governance, and alignment across business and technology stakeholders.Provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams and coordinate with domain architects and delivery teams.Present and defend solution recommendations to senior leadership and CXO stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Salesforce and industry best practices.Act as the overall architecture anchor for the program, ensuring successful implementation, platform scalability, and long-term business value.Required Experience15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and large-scale digital transformation programs.Strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, enterprise integrations, and Asset/Field Service business processes.Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and executive communication skills.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and architect complex enterprise solutions.
