About ACQUAINTECHACQUAINTECH IT Solutions is a Dubai-based technology firm specialising in enterprise architecture. We help organisations set up and run their enterprise architecture practice: framework and governance, EA platform implementation, architecture repository build-out and ongoing managed services.The roleWe are hiring an Enterprise Architecture Director to lead a multi-year enterprise architecture programme end to end. You will own delivery, executive stakeholder relationships and the long-term capability of the practice, leading a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers and consultants.What you will doLead a multidisciplinary team across framework, platform, data and managed-service workstreamsBuild and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and chair steering committeesSet up and run architecture governance, including the Architecture Review Board and executive reportingTrack delivery against service levels, milestones and the knowledge-transfer planManage risks, changes and commercial matters with stakeholders and delivery partnersWhat you bring12+ years in enterprise architecture or IT strategy, including 5+ years in leadership rolesTOGAF certification (required)Track record leading enterprise architecture programmes in large, complex organisationsStrong command of ArchiMate, BPMN and architecture governance; working knowledge of COBIT and ITILHands-on exposure to EA platforms such as LeanIX, Abacus, BiZZdesign, Ardoq or Sparx EAExcellent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
