About the Role

We are looking for experienced Enterprise Architecture Experts to join a 12-month project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the operation and enhancement of an Enterprise Architecture Office for a government-sector client.The role will focus on Enterprise Architecture governance, digital transformation, IT strategy, TOGAF, NORA maturity, and aligning business strategy with technology architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and operate the Enterprise Architecture Office.Define and maintain Enterprise Architecture governance, standards, and practices.Review and assess technology initiatives and projects.Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology architecture.Drive NORA compliance and maturity improvement initiatives.Define Target Architecture and transformation roadmaps.Lead Enterprise Architecture assessments and gap analysis activities.Monitor EA KPIs, deliverables, and overall architecture progress.Provide guidance and direction to Enterprise Architects and other EA team members.Requirements10+ years of overall professional experience.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture.Experience in Digital Transformation and IT Strategy.Strong knowledge and practical experience with the TOGAF Framework.Knowledge of the NORA Framework.Experience in Enterprise Architecture Governance.Experience with government/public-sector projects is preferred.Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience in roles such as:Enterprise Architecture LeadPrincipal Enterprise ArchitectEnterprise Architecture ConsultantChief Enterprise ArchitectEA Governance Lead
