Enterprise Architecture Lead

We are hiring an Enterprise Architecture Lead on behalf of a leading organization in the banking sector in Riyadh. You will shape and lead the architecture strategy for large banking transformation programs.Responsibilities

• Define and own the target enterprise architecture (business, application, data, and technology) for banking environments
• Build architecture roadmaps that support digital transformation, core banking modernization, and integration initiatives
• Set architecture standards, principles, and governance, and lead Architecture Review Boards
• Assess solutions and vendors, and make sure designs are secure, scalable, and compliant with SAMA regulations
• Work with business, IT, and delivery teams to turn strategy into workable solution designs
• Lead and mentor solution and technical architectsRequirements
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with proven banking sector experience
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems, payments, digital channels, and integration (APIs, ESB, microservices)
• Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, and modeling tools such as ArchiMate or Sparx EA
• Good understanding of cloud, security, and SAMA regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
