relevant leadership functions.• Generate qualified enterprise opportunities and secure engagement with appropriate decision-makers.• Understand client priorities and business challenges and translate them into compelling, outcome-oriented PACE Align value propositions.• Lead commercial conversations, presentations, and solution discussions with prospective partners.• Progress opportunities from initial engagement through POC/pilot, proposal, negotiation, and commercial agreement.• Coordinate business cases, proposals, commercial discussions, and stakeholder follow-up with the Leadership opportunities—not simply generate leads.• Experience progressing opportunities beyond initial introductions toward proposals, pilots, negotiations, or commercial agreements.• Ability to engage confidently and professionally with senior pharmaceutical stakeholders and decision-makers.• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management capabilities.• Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively within an early-stage, fast-evolving company.• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.• Bachelor's degree in in Saudi Arabia are a significant advantage.Experience engaging Patient Advocacy, Patient Access, Market Access, PSP/Patient Services, Brand/Commercial, or senior leadership stakeholders is highly desirable. What Success Looks LikeBuild a high-quality pharmaceutical pipeline and convert PACE Align's first strategic opportunities into pilot and commercial partnerships.Success will be measured by the quality and progression of opportunities, access to relevant decision-makers, commercial conversion, and development of sustainable pharmaceutical partnerships—not simply the number of leads generated.Engagement ModelThis is initially a flexible, part-time, performance-based commercial engagement designed for an experienced professional capable of creating and converting enterprise opportunities. The commercial structure and success-based compensation will be discussed confidentially with shortlisted candidates. As PACE Align establishes commercial traction and expands, the role
