Their AI engineering platform fundamentally changes how enterprise software is built - and they need their first senior commercial hire in Dubai to develop the regional pipeline.What's in it for you:- First mover role - build the regional commercial operation, not inherit a playbook- Direct access to the Founder (CEO), who leads the close on every major deal- Base salary AED 20,000 - 25,000 per month, milestone incentives, commission and stock options- Hybrid, Dubai-basedWhat you'll be doing:- Building and qualifying an enterprise pipeline across UAE, KSA, Qatar and the wider GCC- Educating CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and government decision-makers on AI-led digital transformation- Managing opportunities from first contact through to CEO-led close- Working with Australlia and the company's global engagement resources for introductionsWhat we need:- 10+ years in enterprise technology sales with a track record of personally closing complex deals at USD 500k+- Existing C-suite and government relationships across the GCC - UAE network is essential- Genuine AI literacy and the ability to communicate complex technology to non-technical executives- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, comfortable building from zero in a startup environment- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles (6-18 months) and multi-stakeholder procurement
