With a high-performing, globally distributed team (US, Australia, Asia), their culture and ambition set them apart.The Role:Our client is looking for an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to lead complex, high-impact implementations for their largest customers.This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll own the full lifecycle- from discovery and solution design through to delivery and handover- ensuring customers are set up for long-term success.You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clientsRun discovery sessions and design tailored solutionsPartner with technical teams to scope and deliver integrationsManage stakeholders across legal, IT, and executive levelsDrive onboarding and early customer successIdentify risks and keep projects on trackCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, CS, and EngineeringRequirements:5-7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or project managementProven success managing complex enterprise-level projectsStrong technical fluency (integrations, APIs, SaaS platforms)Experience working with global teams and stake holdersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBenefits:$150K- $170K OTEJoin a high-performing, global team with strong culture20 days PTO + rollover, paid holidaysPaid parental leaveHealth, dental & vision insurance, 401K matchAnnual global offsites (Bali, Australia, South Korea & Japan)
