Apply & track with Apply EdgeEnterprise Insights Specialist – Field Research and OperationsMilwaukee, Wisconsin | Full-timeA leading financial services organisation is seeking an Enterprise Insights Specialist to support field research, research operations, knowledge management and insight-sharing. The role will coordinate research initiatives, maintain research resources and panels, and use technology and AI to improve how insights are accessed and applied across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate field research projects from intake through delivery.Track research initiatives, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications.Support the planning, execution and implementation of custom and community research.Maintain and enhance research repositories, knowledge management systems and insight-sharing processes.Use AI and other technology solutions to improve insight discoverability and operational efficiency.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support research planning and delivery.Maintain field research panels, ensuring data quality and accuracy.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline research workflows.Connect findings across multiple studies to develop broader insights into field needs, behaviours and opportunities.Support tracking and reporting through platforms including Power BI, Qualtrics and Jira.Help improve operational effectiveness across the Field Research and Enterprise Insights teams.Requirements2–3 years of experience or knowledge in consumer insights, market research and/or project management.Experience in B2C and/or B2B research preferred, particularly direct-to-advisor environments.Working knowledge of Qualtrics and Power BI.Exposure to custom research methodologies such as concept testing, communications evaluation and syndicated research.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, and project-tracking platforms.Experience with quantitative, qualitative, primary and secondary market research.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Statistics or a related field.Strong organisational and knowledge management skills.Strong business acumen with analytical, problem-solving and conceptual abilities.Ability to work strategically while also managing detailed, tactical execution.Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.Financial services experience is not required, but candidates must be able to develop a strong understanding of the organisation's field, markets, clients and products.Compensation & Benefits$70,320–$105,480 per yearFlexible work schedules.Comprehensive benefits.Health, dental and vision insurance.401(k).Life and disability insurance.Paid time off.Concierge services.Employee resource groups.
