Enterprise PMO Senior Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO Senior Manager to lead the organization's project governance, strategic performance management, and enterprise-wide portfolio oversight. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of corporate strategy through robust PMO frameworks, KPI management, governance processes, and executive reporting.The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, monitor organizational performance, and establish best practices across the project portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Enterprise PMO function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Develop, implement, and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, policies, and standards.Oversee the organization’s strategic portfolio and monitor the execution of key initiatives.Establish and manage corporate performance management systems, including KPI development, cascading, tracking, and reporting.Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.Drive strategic planning, execution monitoring, and benefits realization across business units.Conduct performance reviews and provide insights to support informed decision-making.Ensure effective project prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio governance.Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational and organizational performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.Master's degree or MBA is preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO, Strategic Planning, Performance Management, Portfolio Management, or related functions.Proven experience establishing and managing enterprise-level PMO frameworks and governance structures.Strong background in KPI management, organizational performance measurement, and strategy execution.Experience developing executive dashboards, management reports, and governance presentations.Excellent stakeholder management skills with exposure to executive leadership.Professional certifications such as PMP, KPI Professional, Balanced Scorecard, PgMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.Preferred BackgroundWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:Enterprise PMO ManagementCorporate Strategy ExecutionOrganizational Performance ManagementTransformation OfficesPortfolio & Program ManagementBalanced Scorecard MethodologiesLarge Corporate or Real Estate EnvironmentsIf you have a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, implementing governance frameworks, and enhancing organizational performance at an enterprise level, we would welcome your application.
