About the RoleJoin Yonyou Singapore as an ERP Consultant and participate in digital transformation projects across Southeast Asia.As part of our Southeast Asia delivery team, you will work on leading solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail and Project Management, partnering with customers from diverse industries. Gain hands-on experience in regional digital transformation projects while continuously strengthening your consulting, implementation and project management capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end implementation services for Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions, including business requirement study, business blueprinting, system configuration, functional testing, user training, and documentation.Support Financial Management modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Asset Management, and Enterprise reports.Support Supply Management modules including Procurement, Requisitioning, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Inventory Management.As an implementation consultant, monitor and control project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery according to project plans.Provide technical and functional pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and product presentations.Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; propose corrective actions and perform testing to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and end-users.Collaborate with regional project teams and engage directly with clients and headquarters to ensure alignment of processes and technical requirements.Receive structured training on Yonyou products, industry best practices, project methodologies, and cloud ERP innovations.Support overseas project delivery across Southeast Asia when required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or related fields.5-8 years of implementation experience in cloud-based enterprise applications such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Odoo, Sage, or Globe 3.Understanding of Finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or construction business processes and best practices.Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to manage communication with Chinese-speaking clients and regional stakeholders.Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.Why Join Us✔Gain valuable regional project experience and broaden your professional exposure✔ Join best practices and industry-leading solutions to solve real business challenges✔ Learn mature implementation methodology and project management practices✔ Join a professional, practical, and collaborative team culture✔ Clear career progression to Senior Consultant, Project Manager, and Regional Delivery rolesAdditional informationOnsite workMonday to Friday 9 to 6
