Employment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeERP: Epicor Kinetic or similar Manufacturing ERPAre you an experienced ERP Consultant who understands how manufacturing businesses really operate?We’re looking for an ERP professional with experience of Epicor Kinetic or a similar manufacturing-focused ERP platform to join an established and growing consultancy.You don’t necessarily need Epicor experience.

If you have strong manufacturing ERP knowledge and have worked with systems such as Infor SyteLine/CSI, Infor LN, IFS, QAD, SYSPRO, Dynamics AX/D365, Acumatica or similar, we’d be interested in speaking with you.The RoleWorking directly with customers, you’ll help manufacturing businesses improve their processes and get more from their ERP investment.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting ERP implementation and optimisation projectsRunning customer workshops and gathering business requirementsUnderstanding existing manufacturing processes and identifying improvementsTranslating requirements into effective ERP solutionsConfiguring and implementing ERP functionalityWorking across areas such as Manufacturing, Production, MRP, Planning, Inventory, Supply Chain and DistributionSupporting BOMs, routings, scheduling and shop-floor processesTesting solutions and supporting users through go-liveDelivering customer training and knowledge transferBuilding strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycleWorking alongside technical consultants, developers and project managersWhat We’re Looking ForYou’ll ideally have:Previous experience implementing or consulting on an ERP systemStrong understanding of manufacturing and production processesExperience with Epicor/Kinetic would be highly desirable, but isn't essentialAlternatively, experience with another manufacturing ERP such as Infor, IFS, QAD, SYSPRO, Dynamics, Acumatica or similarPrevious ERP consultancy / client-facing experienceThe confidence to run workshops and engage with stakeholders at different levelsStrong requirements-gathering and process-mapping skillsThe ability to understand a customer's problem and translate it into a practical ERP solutionWillingness to travel to customer sites when requiredWhy Apply?This is a great opportunity for an experienced manufacturing ERP professional who wants to broaden their skills.
