We are hiring for our client, a growing consulting firm, seeking professionals with experience in ERP, process improvement, operations excellence, and business transformation across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, EPC, or FMCG industries.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.Support ERP implementation and transformation projects.Design KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks using Power BI.Improve procurement, inventory, planning, operations, and delivery processes.Drive automation, process standardization, and operational excellence.Manage project plans, stakeholders, and implementation activities.RequirementsEngineering Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Automobile).5+ years (Consultant) / 8+ years (Senior Consultant) experience.Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle, Odoo, Infor, etc.).Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Planning, and Operations.Power BI and Advanced Excel proficiency.Experience in process improvement, KPI management, and business transformation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.SalaryConsultant: AED 6,000 - 8,000Senior Consultant: AED 8,000 - 10,000#ERP #BusinessTransformation #OperationsExcellence #Manufacturing #SupplyChain #PowerBI #ProcessImprovement #FMCG #EPC #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #HiringNow
