Enterprise Risk Management Specialist (Emiratization)

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk Management Specialist with 5+ years of relevant experience in risk management, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, assess, and analyze financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and prevention plans.Monitor risk exposure, mitigation actions, and compliance with risk appetite and policies.Prepare risk reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.Work with business functions to embed risk management practices across the organization.Requirements5+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.Strong knowledge of Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation, Risk Governance, and Risk Reporting.Knowledge of ISO 31000 and enterprise risk management frameworks.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred: RIMS-CRMP or ISO 31000 Lead Auditor certification.
