Our development centre is in Gurugram, India.The RoleDatacultr is scaling its device-financing business across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager, based in Dubai, to own new business across the region and sell the Datacultr platform into telecom operators, banks and financiers, device OEMs, distributors, and large retailers who run handset financing, device subsidy, and instalment programmes.This is a front-line, relationship-led hunting role. You will identify the right accounts, get in front of the decision makers yourself, run the deal from first meeting through commercial closure, and stay with the customer through onboarding until they are live on the platform. You are not inheriting a territory to farm; you are being asked to open one.We are looking for someone who arrives with the network already built. If you have spent your career inside a telecom operator, a device OEM, or a large regional distributor, and you already know the people who own device financing and subsidy programmes, this role is built for you.Core ResponsibilitiesMarket Development & New BusinessOwn the territory plan for MENA and Turkey, thus prioritise countries, accounts, and buying centres across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, and Turkey.Identify, prospect, and qualify new business across telecom operators, banks and NBFCs, device OEMs, distributors, and large retailers running device financing, subsidy, or instalment programmes.Activate your existing network to open doors at CXO, Business Head, and Head-of-Devices level, and convert those relationships into qualified opportunities.Build and maintain a pipeline sufficient to deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region.Solution & Commercial SellingRun discovery, product demonstrations, solution workshops, and ROI conversations with commercial, credit, collections, and IT stakeholders.Lead RFP and RFI responses, pricing and commercial structuring, security and compliance reviews, and contract negotiation through to signature.Onboarding & Go-Live OwnershipStay accountable for the customer from signature through onboarding, integration, pilot, and first live cohort on the platform.Coordinate Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver a clean transition from sale to production.Act as the customer's primary point of contact until the account is live and stable, then hand over to Customer Success for ongoing account management.Market Intelligence & ReportingMaintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline stages, and forecasts; report funnel health and deal risk to leadership.Bring back competitive intelligence, pricing benchmarks, regulatory changes, and product gaps from the region to Product and Sales leadership.Key Requirements5+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development, including at least 2 years selling into telecom operators, banks, or the device and mobility channel in MENA.An existing, active network of decision makers at telecom operators, banks, or large device distributors in the region; people you can call today and get a meeting with.Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with CXO, Business Head, and IT or procurement engagement, and of carrying and hitting a revenue quota.Professional fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
