Enterprise Solutions Architect

High Five is recruiting on behalf of a global destination management company in the travel & hospitality industry, operating across 11 countries in Asia. Known for delivering large-scale, tailor-made travel experiences, our client is currently modernizing its technology platform and investing in AI-enabled capabilities as part of a broader digital transformation.We're looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect to join the team in Vietnam and help shape the architecture behind this next stage of growth.ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the enterprise target, reference, and transition architecture.Establish architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).Design scalable, vendor-independent, and AI-enabled platform solutions.Lead AI architecture, including LLM integrations, AI agents, copilots, vector databases, and semantic search.Develop AI governance, security guardrails, model selection frameworks, and human approval processes.Define master data strategy, data ownership, data governance, and source-of-truth architecture.Establish API governance, integration standards, event-driven architecture, and partner connectivity frameworks.Design security architecture covering Zero Trust, identity management, encryption, API security, and privacy-by-design.Define cloud architecture, including multi-region deployment, disaster recovery, observability, containers, and FinOps practices.Develop engineering standards for architecture, coding, documentation, and quality.Drive technology roadmaps, architecture evolution, and emerging technology initiatives.Lead vendor technical evaluations, architecture compliance reviews, and governance activities.Provide independent architectural assurance and technical leadership across the program.Required SkillsStrong expertise in platform architecture, cloud-native solutions, and distributed systems.Deep knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and modern integration patterns.Experience designing AI-enabled platforms, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and vector databases.Strong understanding of API management, integration platforms, developer platforms, and observability.Expertise in data architecture, including master data management, data governance, and data lineage.Strong background in security architecture, including Zero Trust, IAM, API security, and AI security.Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, serverless architectures, and Kubernetes.Knowledge of ERP ecosystems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).Experience conducting RFPs, vendor evaluations, and architecture governance reviews.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.Ability to influence decisions and enforce architectural standards without direct management authority.
