Interns join a collaborative environment where creativity, local insight, and digital storytelling are highly valued.Role Description The Entertainment Anchor Intern role is a remote internship focused on presenting and creating engaging entertainment content for ReviewUAE’s digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include researching entertainment news and trends, preparing scripts and talking points, and presenting content on video or audio formats such as live streams, recorded segments, or social media clips. The intern may conduct virtual interviews with artists, influencers, and industry professionals, as well as provide coverage and commentary on movies, web series, events, festivals, and lifestyle topics relevant to UAE audiences. Responsibilities also include collaborating with editors and producers, participating in content planning meetings, and supporting social media promotion of segments to increase audience engagement. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in digital entertainment anchoring, content creation, and audience interaction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong on-camera or voice presentation skills, clear articulation, and a confident yet approachable screen presence.Candidates should possess research and storytelling capabilities, including the ability to source reliable entertainment news, verify information, and craft concise, engaging scripts.Candidates should possess basic content creation skills, such as familiarity with video recording, simple editing tools, and social media platforms used for entertainment coverage.Candidates should possess solid written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.Candidates should possess an active interest in UAE entertainment, Bollywood, Hollywood, South Indian cinema, and digital media trends.Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a dispersed editorial team.Current students or recent graduates in media, communications, journalism, film, or related fields are encouraged to apply; prior internship or campus media experience is beneficial.
