Team members join a fast-paced environment where technology is used to solve everyday challenges and improve lives at scale.Role Description The Franchise Owner at KOULLS is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, focused on providing strategic guidance and continuity as the company evolves. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on company vision, long-term goals, and operational priorities, while preserving institutional knowledge and supporting leadership in key decision-making processes. This role collaborates closely with executive and management teams to review performance, evaluate new initiatives, and ensure alignment with KOULLS’ mission and values. The Former Owner may participate in stakeholder meetings, mentor team members, and help foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and sustainable growth.QualificationsBackground in technology, software solutions, mobility services, or related industries, with a strong understanding of AI-enhanced products.Demonstrated experience in business leadership, ownership, or executive management, including strategy development and organizational oversight.Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and provide constructive guidance to leadership and staff.Experience in operations, finance, or governance, with the ability to interpret performance data and support informed decision-making.Strong problem-solving skills, resilience in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and sustainable business practices.Familiarity with the mobility ecosystem or hyperlocal services in African or global markets is highly beneficial.Relevant academic qualifications in business, technology, or a related field are preferred, but equivalent professional experience is also valued.
