Each now needs a founder to take it forward as a standalone company.The RoleYou will step in as the founder of one of these companies, taking a built product and turning it into a scaled business. You will own strategy, go-to-market, team, and results, with real equity, and with the studio’s resources behind you.What You’ll DoOwn the company’s vision, strategy, and P&L as its founder and CEOBuild and lead the go-to-market engine: positioning, pricing, distribution, and salesDrive product direction with the studio’s engineering and design teamsBuild the leadership team and culture, and hire key roles over timeLead fundraising and investor relations, and prepare the company for spin-outSet the company’s approach to security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AIReport progress and share learnings with the studioWhat We’re Looking For:Must-haves2+ years of experience, ideally with founding, co-founding, or leading an early-stage company or business unitProven ability to build and scale something from an early stage, including taking a product to marketComfort with ambiguity and ownership of outcomes end to endStrong communication and leadership, with customers, investors, and teamsWorking understanding of AI’s capabilities and risksNice-to-havesA previous exit, or a failure you learned from (we value both)
