Entry level Admin Buyer/Inside Sales

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records. ResponsibilitiesInitial preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a wide range of Industrial goods.Process modifications to terms and conditions of purchase agreementsPerform commercial analysis on suppliers to develop more efficient processes and cost-effective solutionsQualificationsExperience in purchasing, and admin a plus but not required.Ability to work with a wide range of currencies (GBP/USD/EUR/AED/CAD/AUD) - desirable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English.Attention to detail.
