What You’ll Do

• Supervise and mentor youth in residential or detention environments
• Support rehabilitation through casework, behavioral coaching, and life‑skills development
• Maintain safety, structure, and consistency in daily programming
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Serve as a sworn Peace Officer under California Penal Code 830.5Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Age 21+
• No felony convictions
• Valid CA driver license
