Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering engaging ESOL lessons, providing individualized support and feedback to learners, and adapting teaching materials to different proficiency levels and learning styles. The tutor will assess learner progress, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and communicate regularly with learners and, where applicable, guardians or partner institutions. Responsibilities also include participating in periodic training sessions, following established curricula and teaching guidelines, and using digital tools to create an interactive, inclusive, and culturally sensitive learning environment.QualificationsDemonstrated patience, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to motivate and encourage learners of varying ages and backgrounds.A TEFL/TESOL certificate or equivalent training is highly beneficial; prior online teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
