Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Role OverviewCCL Global is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to support a leading international EPC organisation based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate will lead HSE activities across engineering, procurement and construction operations, providing direction to HSE personnel and ensuring effective implementation of HSE standards, procedures and management systems.The role involves close engagement with project teams, clients, regulatory authorities and subcontractors, supporting both project acquisition and execution while maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental performance.Essential Skills & ExperienceMinimum 10 years’ HSE experience, ideally within EPC, energy or major industrial projects.Proven experience leading HSE teams and supporting engineering, procurement and construction operations.Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, regulatory compliance, risk management and occupational health requirements.Experience developing and implementing HSE plans, procedures, training and performance-reporting processes.Ability to engage with clients, regulatory authorities and subcontractors on HSE matters.Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
