Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole SummaryKhidmah is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to direct Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management systems across KSA projects in compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 50001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, and Saudi Aramco).Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Governance: Align departmental plans with corporate objectives, set performance KPIs, manage allocated budgets, and drive talent development and safety culture across teams.Operational HSE & Risk Controls: Enforce critical safety protocols—including Permit to Work (PTW), Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), Confined Space, Work at Heights, and PPE compliance—to minimize risks across project sites.Life & Fire Safety Systems: Direct periodic fire drills, inspect emergency response systems, and ensure high-risk client properties meet strict life safety standards.Compliance, Audits & SOPs: Oversee internal/external ISO audits (9001, 14001, 50001, OHSAS 18001/45001), update standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure full adherence to local regulatory and Saudi Aramco requirements.Incident Investigation & CAPA: Lead investigations for site incidents and customer feedback using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to mitigate future risks.Commercial & Tender Support: Provide technical QHSE inputs for UAE/KSA tender submissions, participate in client presentations, and build strong relationships with project managers and clients.Training & Communications: Publish safety alerts and learning bulletins, deliver required HSE/sustainability training, and coordinate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) simulation drills.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Science, or related field.Certification: NEBOSH (IGC/Diploma) or equivalent recognized HSE certification.Experience: 10+ years of HSE & Quality management experience in FM, Property Management, or Construction within the GCC/MENA region.
Technical Skills
Strong working knowledge of ISO frameworks, Saudi Aramco standards, CAFM, ERP (SAP), and MS Office.Licensing: Valid GCC driving license.
