Location: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaSalary: Up to SAR 15,700 per month + Standard BenefitsThe OpportunityTalentHive is partnering exclusively with a well-established and diversified Saudi group undergoing a significant programme of transformation and investment in Saudi talent.As part of the continued strengthening of its Health, Safety & Environment function, we are looking for an experienced Saudi HSE Lead to join the organisation in Dammam.This is a visible HSE position within a large and operationally diverse environment, providing the opportunity to influence safety performance, strengthen HSE governance and work closely with operational teams to drive a proactive safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAs HSE Lead, you will:Lead and support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures and standardsMonitor operational compliance with HSE requirements and internal controlsConduct and oversee risk assessments, inspections and auditsIdentify hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implementedSupport and lead incident and near-miss investigationsMonitor HSE performance, trends and KPIsWork closely with operational teams to strengthen safety awareness, ownership and accountabilitySupport HSE training, toolbox talks and workforce engagementMaintain appropriate HSE documentation, reporting and compliance recordsDrive continuous improvement in safety performance, compliance and risk reductionProvide guidance and support to HSE Officers/Inspectors and operational stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForSaudi NationalBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or Industrial Management6+ years of progressive HSE, compliance or auditing experienceStrong hands-on experience in safety governance, risk management and environmental complianceExperience conducting risk assessments, inspections, audits and incident investigationsExperience within construction, logistics, industrial or service environmentsExposure to multi-site HSE operations would be highly relevantStrong communication and stakeholder-management capabilityAbility to guide HSE personnel and influence operational teamsRelevant professional HSE certifications would be advantageous where applicableWhy Consider This Opportunity?You'll be joining a major Saudi organisation with diverse operations at an important stage of its transformation and continued investment in Saudi capability.This is broader than a traditional HSE Officer or inspection position.
