With a professional team of experts, we deliver innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to meet our clients’ needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for Senor Health Safety Specialist / Manger based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role involves ensuring compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations, conducting environmental and safety assessments, developing and implementing EHS policies, delivering safety training programs, and monitoring the effectiveness of safety procedures in various workplaces. The position requires close collaboration with teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance with UAE HSE regulations, labor laws, and company safety standards.Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.Monitor implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), confined space, and safe work procedures.Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.Investigate incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions.Maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation.Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance initiatives.Promote a positive safety culture across all operations.Qualifications & Experience:7–10 years overall HSE experience5–7 years UAE-based experience preferredBachelor Degree in any field of EngineeringRelevant certifications in EHS standards and practices, such as NEBOSH and any other Level 6 DiplomaADOSH certification as Senior Safety Practitioner or Eligibility for the sameISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Lead Auditor certificationProficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices to ensure regulatory compliance and workplace well-beingStrong knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) systems and processesExpertise in Workplace Safety and Safety Training to develop and implement training programs that foster a safe working environmentAbility to assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational safety regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse teamsFamiliarity with local and international EHS regulations and standards is an advantageProfessional memberships such as IOSH / IIRSM / CSP preferred
