Apply & track with Apply EdgeOur mission is to strive to create high-tech implantable devices and diagnostic solutions for cardiac diseases, which are accessible to the greatest number of people, while offering valuable services to patients, physicians, hospitals and health care insurers.As for us the patient always comes first, we strive daily to deliver medical devices for heart related conditions that help people live longer and healthier lives.We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Electrophysiology Product Specialist thatwill provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, electrophysiology (EP) Lab Staff and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Electrophysiology systems during case procedures within the entire country territory, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals. In addition, the Electrophysiology Product Specialist will support the Product Manager in several marketing activities (i.e. analysis and participation to tenders, preparation of presentation for customers or internal staff, participation to congresses).
The country of residence is flexible and can be discussed; ready to travel to support cases around Europe mainly Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and Switzerland.Your missions will be as follows Provide high level technical assistance and training to physiciansMeeting with customers to discuss their needs, building rapport with them, and providing product recommendationsPresenting products to customers through verbal descriptions or demonstrationsReviewing customer orders for accuracy in pricing, quantity, terms, and other detailsPresenting product samples to customers for evaluation purposes such as new products or items being considered for purchaseIdentifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products based on knowledge of products and brand offeringsWorking with vendors to order new products or out-of-stock itemsRecommending new products based on customer preferences and needsCoordinating deliveries of products to customers, including arranging for shipping and scheduling pickup timesManaging inventory by ordering supplies from manufacturers and distributors based on sales trends and forecasts of future demandAnalyzing tender documents and preparing technical sheets and reports for participationContinuous improvement through lecture of papers, participation to webinar and forumsUpdating about competitors’ products, new technologies and market trends Your profile Fluent in English - both spoken and written (also additional languages skills are appreciated)Technical product knowledgeAbility to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical detailsGood computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet)Good oral and written communication skillsAbility to train new members of the teamAble to adapt to a very dynamic marketplaceStrong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionallySelf-motivated and able to influence othersFlexible, adaptable but focused and persistentWilling and able to travelBachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering (minimum required)Master’s degree in biomedical engineering or similar would-be a plusPreferable minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar roleExperience in international markets would be a plusKnowledge of the Electrophysiology market would be a plus
