This role calls for a consultant with proven, hands-on Compass Rose Clinical Build expertise who can independently lead meetings, guide stakeholders, and translate business requirements into effective Epic solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery, requirements-gathering, and design meetings with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholdersServe as the subject-matter expert on Epic Compass Rose, advising stakeholders on design decisions, capabilities, and best practicesDesign, build, test, implement, and maintain Compass Rose solutions supporting population health and care management programsAnalyze workflows and translate business requirements into functional designs and sustainable Epic configurationsCoordinate testing, upgrades, enhancements, and production releasesTroubleshoot system, workflow, and data-quality issues, partnering with reporting, analytics, interface, and training teamsMaintain application documentation, support end users, and provide ongoing system educationManage deliverables independently, communicate status and risks, and participate in the on-call rotationRequired QualificationsActive Epic Compass Rose Clinical Build certification5+ years of Epic application analyst experience, including hands-on Compass Rose build, configuration, implementation, and production supportExperience developing Compass Rose programs for population health and care management workflowsProven ability to independently lead meetings and guide clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders through design decisionsSkilled in workflow analysis, requirements gathering, system design/build/testing, and troubleshootingUnderstanding of EHR data, healthcare workflows, medical claims, and care management operationsStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skills; able to work independently and collaborate across teamsAssociate degree or higher in healthcare, information systems, business, or a related field
