Required QualificationsMandatory ExperienceEpic Cupid certification.Minimum 5 years Epic Cupid build experience.Demonstrated experience leading or supporting Epic implementation, acquisition, conversion, or large-scale rebuild projects.Experience rebuilding departments, facilities, provider records, and workflow components rather than maintenance-only support.Experience supporting integrated testing, workflow validation, dress rehearsals, cutover, and go-live activities.Experience working directly with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.Strongly PreferredCupid Ambulatory experience.Cardiology procedural workflow expertise.Experience with Epic-to-Epic acquisitions or Joint Venture transitions.Prior consulting experience in large integrated health systems.Experience in environments with multiple hospitals and ambulatory clinics.Preferred Third-Party Application ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following:EpiphanyScottCareGE Mac-LabXperMerge HemoPaceMateQSightAGFA EIECG management platformsCardiology interfaces and integrated testing workflows
