Location: Tarrytown, NY (Onsite 4 days a week)Compensation: $135-140KResponsibilities:Perform hands-on design, configuration, and build across Professional Billing application areasLead complex build activities, including charge capture, billing configuration, and workflow designSupport and execute testing activities, including unit, integrated, and user acceptance testingPartner with the Revenue Cycle Project Manager to execute against project priorities and timelinesFacilitate workflow design sessions and translate requirements into system configurationProvide peer review and guidance on build quality, standards, and best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across billing workflowsServe as a primary day-to-day liaison between analysts, Epic TS, and operational workgroupsMentor and support analysts through build, testing, and issue resolution activitiesSupport go-live preparation, cutover activities, and stabilization effortsAssist in upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing system optimizationMaintain documentation and promote consistency across build and configuration
