We are seeking an experienced Epic Solutions Architect to serve as a strategic advisor, solution designer, and client-facing leader who can help healthcare organizations solve complex operational and technology challenges.This is not a traditional Epic analyst or application leadership role. We are looking for a consultant-minded architect who can meet with executive stakeholders, understand business problems, design creative solutions, and help shape innovative consulting offerings that differentiate Insight Global in the healthcare market.The ideal candidate combines deep Epic expertise with the ability to think beyond Epic itself, connecting people, process, technology, optimization, staffing, training, governance, and transformation strategies into comprehensive client solutions.What You'll DoPartner directly with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and IT stakeholders to understand business challenges and strategic objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor during client discovery sessions, assessments, and solution workshops.Design innovative consulting solutions that leverage Epic, operational transformation, change management, training, PMO, optimization, and workforce strategies.Help build and mature Insight Global's healthcare consulting offerings and service lines.Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, solution presentations, and proposal development.Create executive-level recommendations, roadmaps, assessments, and transformation strategies.Guide healthcare organizations through large-scale Epic initiatives including implementations, optimizations, Refuel programs, governance redesign, and operational transformation efforts.Collaborate with consulting leaders to develop repeatable methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.Mentor delivery teams and provide architectural guidance across multiple engagements.Identify opportunities for expanded consulting partnerships and long-term strategic engagements.Required Qualifications8+ years of Epic experience within healthcare organizations or healthcare consulting environments.Previous experience serving as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, Clinical Architect, or equivalent strategic consulting role.Demonstrated success designing solutions for complex healthcare technology and operational challenges.Experience leading client-facing conversations with executive and senior-level stakeholders.Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT ecosystems.Proven ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable solutions.Experience creating executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.Preferred QualificationsEpic consulting experience with a major healthcare consulting firm.Experience supporting Epic implementations, large-scale optimization efforts, or Epic Refuel programs.Background in healthcare operations, informatics, project leadership, or digital transformation initiatives.Experience developing consulting offerings, service lines, or go-to-market strategies.PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, MBA, or healthcare-related certifications.Multiple Epic certifications.
