Epicor Kinetic Consultant - 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Functional & Technical Consultant to support a major ERP transformation project within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will possess a strong blend of functional consulting and technical development expertise within the Epicor Kinetic ecosystem.The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to assess existing ERP processes, gather requirements, design solutions, configure and enhance the system, support integrations, conduct testing, and assist with deployment activities. This is a hands-on role requiring deep knowledge of Epicor Kinetic and the ability to independently drive workstreams through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Assess current ERP processes and identify improvement opportunities.Translate business requirements into scalable Epicor Kinetic solutions.Provide functional expertise across:FinanceProcure-to-Pay (P2P)Order-to-Cash (O2C)Inventory & Warehouse ManagementManufacturing & Production PlanningSupply Chain OperationsConduct solution workshops and process-mapping sessions.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and training activities.Assist business users during go-live and post-implementation support.Technical ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize Epicor Kinetic solutions.Develop and support:Epicor Application StudioBusiness Process Management (BPMs)Business Activity Queries (BAQs)Dashboards & ReportsEpicor FunctionsREST API IntegrationsDesign and implement integrations between Epicor and third-party systems.Support data migration activities including data cleansing, loading, and validation.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.Ensure system enhancements follow Epicor best practices and governance standards.Support system upgrades, patches, and optimization initiatives.Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic.Strong functional and technical expertise within Epicor Kinetic.Proven experience in Epicor implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.Deep understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Supply Chain.Hands-on experience with:Epicor Application StudioBPMsBAQsDashboards & ReportingEpicor FunctionsREST APIsData MigrationSystem IntegrationsExperience supporting testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.PreferredManufacturing industry experience.Experience within Import & Export business environments.Multi-company / multi-entity Epicor implementations.Integration experience with:Tax Platformse-Invoicing SolutionsBanking SystemsReporting & BI PlatformsPrevious consulting or client-facing project experience.Epicor certifications are advantageous.
