Equipment Coordinator

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Plant & Equipment Coordinators to join our team for a prestigious Project in Dubai. Successful candidates will play key role in ensuring the efficient deployment, maintenance, and performance of construction plant and machinery to support project delivery objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage deployment, utilization, and performance of construction plant and equipment.Monitor equipment reliability, maintenance, and operational efficiency.Coordinate spare parts procurement, inventory control, and vendor development.Support warranty management, asset disposal, and preventive maintenance programs.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.4–10 years of experience in plant & machinery engineering within construction, infrastructure, rail, or heavy civil projects.Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, diagnostics, asset management, and safety practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.Why Join Wade Adams?Work on a landmark Project.Competitive salary and benefits.Excellent career growth and development opportunities.Pay range and compensation packageDetails regarding pay range or salary will be discussed during the interview process.
