Equipment Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:We are seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support the reliability, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial production equipment.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, PLC, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial equipment systems. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery, interpret technical documentation, and work safely in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Work Environment:This is a hands-on onsite manufacturing position in a large-scale industrial production facility. The role involves working around operating machinery, conveyors, electrical systems, automated equipment, rotating equipment, and other industrial systems.The technician must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and following strict safety procedures while performing troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment improvement activities.Required Qualifications:Proven experience as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Controls Technician, or similar role.Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.Experience with both mechanical and electrical maintenance.Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation.Experience troubleshooting AC drives, motors, encoders, and/or resolvers.Knowledge of industrial communication networks such as EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Experience with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and work orders.Experience using maintenance tools and diagnostic/testing equipment.Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and heavy equipment.Experience documenting maintenance activities in a CMMS or similar maintenance-management system.
