There are openings across multiple modules, multiple levels and multiple shifts, so if the exact fit isn't obvious, apply anyway and we will point you at the right one.Modules we are hiring forPhotolithographyCMPCVDDry EtchDiffusionWhat you'll be doingPreventative maintenance, corrective repair and consumable changes on production toolsTroubleshooting non-functioning tools using procedures, schematics, blueprints and vendor documentationDismantling, adjusting, repairing and rebuilding assemblies and sub-assembliesUsing test and diagnostic equipment to verify systems and find root causeWorking with Equipment Engineers, Process Engineers and Area Managers to resolve issues affecting productionTaking part in shift pass-down and setting priorities against production demandImproving and documenting maintenance procedures, and recommending equipment improvementsMaking sure parts are ordered and chased so downtime stays lowWhat we are looking forAssociate of Science in Electronics, Electronics Engineering Technology, a related field, or equivalent military experience1 to 5+ years of technical experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, depending on the level of the roleHands-on background across electrical, electronic, mechanical and pneumatic systemsWorking knowledge of vacuum systems, robotics, sensors, electro-mechanical devices and AC/DC fundamentalsComfortable working shifts, including nights and compressed schedulesBasic PC skills, MS Office, and the ability to work with data to assess tool performanceTool experience that stands out (not all required)Photo: Canon i-Line steppers (i4, i5, iZ), Canon scanners, ES3, ES4, TEL Track, ACT8, Lithius, SCREEN / DNS Track, 80B, Hitachi CDSEM 9200CMP: AMAT Mirra 3400, Mirra-Trak, Mirra Mesa, Lam Ontrak Series IICE, Lam Ontrak Synergy, Strasbaugh 6DSP-SP, Air Liquide BCDSCVD: AMAT Centura, Novellus, TELDry Etch and Diffusion: equivalent 200mm platform experienceHow to applyApply here, or message me directly with your resume and the modules and shifts you are interested in.
