We are hiring for skilled Equipment Operators to support grounds and course maintenance operations at a premier golf destination in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate specialized golf course maintenance equipment including mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and topdressers with precision and carePerform daily pre-operation inspections and report mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtimeExecute mowing, rolling, aeration, and cultural practice tasks according to agronomy standards and playability requirementsMaintain accurate equipment usage logs, fuel records, and service documentationAdhere strictly to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and environmental guidelinesSupport grounds team during peak seasons, tournaments, and special events as requiredEssential RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience operating golf course maintenance equipment in a professional or resort settingProficiency with ride-on and walk-behind mowers, tractors, and turf-care machineryAbility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality turf presentationProficiency in English; additional languages are an advantagePreferred QualificationsPrior experience at championship-level or premium hospitality golf venuesBasic mechanical knowledge for minor equipment adjustments and troubleshootingCertification in equipment operation or turf management from a recognized institutionFamiliarity with GPS-guided mowing systems and precision turf technologyHow to ApplyQualified candidates are invited to submit their CV highlighting relevant golf equipment operation experience.
