Junior Equity Analyst — Large Cap Equity Team, Wealth ManagerA well-established wealth manager is looking for a Junior Equity Analyst to join its close-knit, six-person equity analyst team, working on a high-conviction, quality-focused large cap strategy that sits at the heart of the firm's £4bn AUM.You'll start by supporting existing coverage — building financial models, conducting deep fundamental research (annual reports, primary sources, not broker-reliant), and presenting your work to the team — before progressing to lead coverage of your own sector over time. As you develop, you'll generate original investment ideas, pitch them at weekly investment meetings, and see your best ideas make it into the live large cap portfolio.We're looking for 1–3 years' relevant experience (asset management, equity research or a related analytical background), genuine curiosity about markets and businesses, and the drive to build deep sector expertise rather than a broad, shallow coverage list.You'll have full access to Bloomberg, FactSet, Cap IQ and other primary research and AI-driven modelling tools, and the platform to grow into a senior sector specialist — with a long-term route to partnership.Salary up to £60k plus bonus, dependent on experience.Get in touch to find out more.
