The partner’s primary role will be to personally provide specialized clinical care and lead the clinical development of their specialty within the clinic.The role is focused on clinical practice, quality of care, multidisciplinary treatment planning, and specialty growth.As an equity partner, the selected candidate will receive the applicable ownership rights and participate in shareholder-level matters in accordance with the partnership agreement.Key Responsibility:* Focus on clinical delivery and the development of services within the partner’s specialty.* Collaborate with the management team on matters directly affecting clinical quality and patient care.* Participate in shareholder-level decisions.QualificationsSaudi Commission for Health Specialties classification as a Registrar, Senior Registrar, or Consultant in the relevant specialty, Ortho, Perio, Pros, Endo, OMFS.Proven ability to diagnose, plan, and execute treatment, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with patients, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.Demonstrated commitment to infection control, quality assurance, and compliance with local healthcare regulations and professional ethics.Ability to work full time/part time with flexibility to adapt to clinic schedules and evolving practice needs.Previous experience in a high-volume or multi-chair dental practice is an advantage.Interest in a long-term, active partnership and in building a distinguished specialty practice.An established professional reputation, referral network, or patient base is an advantage.
