Employment Type: Full-time | On-siteROLE OVERVIEWBlack Trader is seeking an analytical Equity Research Analyst holding an active NISM Series XV Certification.

In this role, you will perform deep-dive quantitative and qualitative research on global and domestic financial markets, prepare comprehensive valuation models, and assist in designing market insights and trading strategies for our platform users.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct detailed fundamental and technical analysis on equity markets, sectors, and listed companies.Build, update, and maintain dynamic financial models (DCF, Relative Valuation, Scenario Analysis).Prepare market research reports, sector outlooks, trade ideas, and investment notes.Track macroeconomic indicators, corporate earnings, regulatory changes, and news announcements.Collaborate with technology teams to validate data accuracy for analytical trading tools on the platform.Ensure all market commentary and analysis fully comply with regulatory frameworks and SEBI/NISM guidelines.DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or an MBA in Finance.Mandatory: Valid NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) Certification.Proven work experience as an Equity Research Analyst or Market Research Analyst.High proficiency in financial modeling, balance sheet analysis, and numerical evaluation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for publishing research reports.Hands-on familiarity with trading terminals, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar financial tools is a plus.WHAT YOU GETOpportunity to work in a global fintech environment.Direct exposure to cutting-edge financial markets and proprietary research methodologies.Career growth based on innovation and performance.Professional and structured work culture.ABOUT USBlack Trader is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions for brokers and proprietary trading firms.
